Earthing Copper Clad Aluminium Material is a metal composite material that combines the advantages of conductivity, corrosion resistance and lightweight. It has shown its unique advantages in many fields such as electricity, communications, and construction. So, how is this high-performance material carefully manufactured?
1. Raw material preparation
The core of the copper-clad aluminum grounding material is made of pure aluminum rod as the inner core, and the outer layer is made of electrolytic copper strip with high conductivity. Both raw materials must undergo strict quality inspection to ensure that their physical properties, chemical composition and surface quality meet production requirements.
2. Copper strip pretreatment
Before wrapping the copper strip around the aluminum core, a series of pretreatment steps are required for the copper strip. This includes cleaning to remove surface oil and impurities, and necessary annealing to improve its flexibility and plasticity. These pretreatment steps are essential to ensure a close bond between the copper layer and the aluminum core.
3. Copper strip coating
Next is the copper strip coating process, which is a key link in the entire production process. Through advanced coating equipment, the pre-treated copper strip is continuously and evenly wrapped on the rotating aluminum core. In this process, the tension, coating angle and coating speed of the copper strip need to be precisely controlled to ensure that the copper layer thickness is uniform and there are no defects such as wrinkles or bubbles.
IV. Rolling molding
After the coating is completed, the copper-clad aluminum composite material needs to enter the rolling mill for rolling. During the rolling process, through multiple rolling deformations, a strong metallurgical bond is formed between the copper layer and the aluminum core, while improving the organizational structure and mechanical properties of the material. Rolling can also adjust the cross-sectional shape and size of the material to meet the needs of different application fields.
V. Heat treatment and straightening
The rolled copper-clad aluminum material needs to be heat treated to eliminate internal stress and improve its stability and corrosion resistance. The material is then straightened by a straightening machine to eliminate the bending and twisting caused by the rolling process, ensuring that the material has good straightness and flatness.
VI. Quality inspection and packaging
When conducting a comprehensive quality inspection of the finished product, it includes inspections of conductivity, corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and appearance quality. Only after passing strict quality inspection standards can the product be deemed qualified and allowed to leave the factory. After that, the product will be carefully packaged to protect it from damage during transportation and storage.
